Woman reports sexual assault at sheriff substation

As discussed during the dispatch call, station 19 was dispatched to a sheriff’s office substation near Second Avenue in Blount County for a report that a woman told deputies she had been raped. Law enforcement was already on scene when medical responders were sent.
