Unconscious person found near dumpster at Family Dollar

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a report of an unconscious and unresponsive person near the dumpster by a discount store off Lankford Highway in Onley. Multiple units were dispatched and one unit confirmed arrival on scene.
