Car stopped on I-10 blocking a traffic lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a white Volkswagen or Audi stopped eastbound on I-10 west of Vineyard Avenue with its hazard lights on and apparently blocking one lane, before it was moved to the shoulder.
