Possible freeway crash from phone alert

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible traffic collision reported by an iPhone crash notification near Milliken Avenue and East Philadelphia Street by the eastbound 60 to northbound 15 interchange. People could be heard yelling and crying in the background, and a party was followed off the freeway to await private assistance.
