Police search for wrong-way gray van on Madison

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a BOLO from highway patrol about a gray van with disabled plates reportedly driving the wrong way in the westbound lanes of Madison Avenue near Main Avenue. A unit reported being in the area and said they would check for the vehicle.
