Landlord reportedly enters tenant’s apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a possible landlord-tenant dispute at an apartment near South Main Street after a man identified as the landlord reportedly entered the unit about 15 minutes earlier. It was unclear if he was still there when the call was made.
