Customer punches worker at Orem gas station

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received multiple reports of a disorderly incident at a gas station on North State Street, where a male customer reportedly punched an employee in the face before leaving southbound in a dark gray or blue minivan with a female companion. No weapons were reported.
