Welfare check on woman blocked from leaving home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to check on a woman near (number withheld) North and (number withheld) West in Orem after a caller reported a man would not let her go outside and might be uncooperative. The man reportedly knew police had been called, and officers requested possible backup units.
