Downed line pulled into dumpster near Orem

There was no visible smoke or sparking, and responders requested contact with the utility provider to handle what appears to be a communication line. Radio traffic also included an unrelated welfare check in another area, where someone reportedly sent a goodbye text and turned off their phone, with concern they might do something harmful, but no weapons or alcohol were reported.
