Person reports car windows being broken on street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a disturbance near County Road F in the Orland area, where the reporting party heard people outside and believed they were breaking the windows of a gray Camry parked on the street. Deputies responded with an emergency Code 3 to investigate the possible vehicle vandalism.
