Officer requests man contact Orrville police

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch requested that an officer attempt to locate a man at a (number withheld) (number withheld) address in Orrville and advise him to contact the police department. Radio traffic later indicated that contact was made and he was told to call the department. Additional radio traffic mentioned a separate noise disturbance call on Ritter Road and another call on Lincoln Heights.
