Possible burglary at vacant home in Orwell

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to a possible burglary in progress at a vacant property near County Route 22 in Orwell after a caller reported seeing a man in a black jacket and blue jeans on camera. The caller later said the person appeared to be a neighbor who left on foot toward a nearby residence, and the caller waited by the scene to direct officers.
