Suspicious truck uses private fuel tank

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible fuel theft was reported near a property on Cream Ridge Road, where a red truck with a black ATV in the bed, without headlights or a visible plate, was seen filling up at a private fuel tank before heading eastbound.
