Semi-truck forced vehicles off road and threw object at driver
Assault Any region A trial call? In St. Joseph State, I've got a report of a C&I driver, Westbound Highway 36 and Highway 33, a time delay of approximately 15 minutes. RP stated that a tan or maroon semi with a silver trailer shot something at them, unknown if it was a firearm or if they threw something out the window. RP advised that this happened near 36 Auto and Diesel, and from the Osborne Junction they continued westbound towards St. Joe. They ran the reporting party off the road. They are no longer in the ditch in our home. RP stated that the semi did this to multiple other vehicles as well. They are willing to testify. The reporting party is a Marianna Kerns with a phone number of 816306. 6905. My deputies are out of position.
