Large bonfire complaint on Lake Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a complaint about a large bonfire near Lake Street in Osceola. Officers contacted the people at the fire, advised them of the local ordinance, and they agreed to reduce the fire. During the same radio traffic, a separate possible welfare check was dispatched to a residence on Washington Lane involving concerns about a man possibly following a relative.
