Female bleeding heavily possibly in labor at mall

As discussed during the dispatch call, ambulance crews are dispatched to a mall on High Avenue West for a woman outside a bathroom who cannot stand, is bleeding heavily, and reports possible labor with a baby’s head possibly crowning.
