Child bleeding from head after falling out of chair

As discussed during the dispatch call, a seven-year-old girl fell from a chair and hit the back of her head, causing bleeding. The incident occurred near Garden Street. A medical air transport was requested from Mahaska Health Partnership in Oskaloosa but was declined due to weather and training.
