False alarm triggered by fall-detection device press

As discussed during the dispatch call, an unknown medical alarm was reported near Sycamore Street, apartment J. Fire department responded and found patient to be fine. Ambulance was canceled. Alarm appeared linked to a fall-detection device button press.
