Custody dispute at Breitbeck Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a reported custody dispute at a park on Lake Street in Oswego. A man stated that his former relative was supposed to bring his children for a scheduled visit and was refusing to do so. He was waiting in a white Chevy Tahoe near the basketball courts.
