Van smoking near gas station on State Route 13

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire personnel in Oswego responded to a report of a van emitting smoke near State Route 13, possibly in a previously burned area by the I-90 off-ramp and Rome Road, near a Valero station. No flames were reported, and crews conducted an investigation.
