Large illegal outdoor fires reported in the woods

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire departments from Otis and Monterey are dispatched to a property on West Center Road for two reported illegal outdoor fires in the nearby woods, which were also reportedly burning the previous night and linked to a prior noise complaint.
