Reckless driving by Volkswagen vehicles on Route 8

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received multiple calls about a possible reckless driver on Route 8 near Old State Road. A light blue Volkswagen SUV was reported tailgating a blue 2017 Volkswagen Golf, and the Golf was later reported to be unable to maintain its lane while traveling at a high speed.
