Low hanging line reported on East Third Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were flagged down about a low-hanging line on East Third Street near Agner in Ottoville, Ohio. Fire personnel were paged, and the line appears to be a telephone wire but is not currently blocking regular traffic.
