Person fell and bleeding with eye laceration at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical call was reported for a male patient who fell and is bleeding near Brown Street in Ovid. Emergency EMS was staged until law enforcement cleared the scene. The patient appears to have a laceration over his right eye.
