Intoxicated partner assaults partner at Owasso home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a physical domestic incident between partners at a residence in Owasso. The reporting party stated that his boyfriend returned home intoxicated and reportedly punched and kicked him. The two are separated inside the home, and the reporting party is waiting by his vehicle in the driveway. No weapons were reported.
