Resident reports possible apartment break-in

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible break-in at an apartment on North Garnett Road in Owasso after a resident reported someone climbing onto the back balcony and trying to get inside. The resident hid in a room while hearing movement on the porch, then later reported not seeing anyone on the porch.
