Excavator on fire in ditch near Owensville

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and medical crews were dispatched to a reported excavator fire in a ditch near the 10100 block of West 450 South in the Owensville area. Additional law enforcement and fire units later coordinated on a separate welfare check involving an adult man at an apartment on (number withheld) and a verbal disturbance between a man and his mother on South Ninth Street.
