Dump truck caught in power lines on North Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a dump truck whose raised bed became stuck in apparent live power lines near North Street in Oxford. The operator remained inside the vehicle, and fire crews and the power company were notified and sent to the scene.
