Adults on canoe trip take wrong river near Oxford

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer spoke with a driver waiting near the river in the Oxford area for two adults traveling by canoe. They were apparently dropped off on the wrong river and were later reported to be heading toward Arkansas City instead of Winfield.
