Male chemotherapy patient falls, needs lift assist

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were called to assist a male patient who started chemotherapy last week and has fallen near Tanner Lane in Oxford. The patient's daughter requested help with lifting. Oxygen level was reported at eighty-two percent.
