Multi-vehicle crash on northbound 101 at Rose Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a reported multi-vehicle traffic collision on the northbound 101 freeway near the Rose Avenue on-ramp in Oxnard. It was later determined by highway patrol and medical personnel to be a non-injury incident, and responding fire and medic units were canceled.
