Female assaulted with head injury at Pablo IGA

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical services responded near Pablo IGA for a female who appears to have been assaulted and sustained a head injury. She waited in the parking lot while being checked by ambulance personnel. A male involved was reported and parties were separated on scene.
