Power pole reported crackling on/near Divisadero (David Ave & Seaview Ave area)

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a possible power line problem near David Avenue and Seaview Avenue. A caller reported a power pole on/near Divisadero making crackling sounds, with no visible smoke or flames. Radio traffic also referenced a possibly separate report of 8–9 shots heard and two vehicles speeding/chasing toward Sunset (no vehicle description given).
