Shots reported and vehicles speeding near Del Mar and 6th

As discussed during the dispatch call, caller reported hearing 8–9 gunshots as two vehicles sped by and possibly chased each other near Del Mar and 6th, heading toward the Sunset area. Monterey PD was advised.
