People reported trying to break into parked vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported people possibly trying to break into a vehicle near the 6500 block of South Pine Street in Pacolet. A male wearing all black was seen using flashlights around a red 2001 Chevy and then moving toward the back of a nearby residence.
