Man found safe after reported down subject call

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were dispatched to a report of a down subject on US 550 near Main St in Pagosa Springs. Initial search found no contact, but later responders confirmed contact with a male subject who was not intoxicated. The male remained on scene.
