As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a white Ford pickup truck swerving and tailgating other vehicles while traveling from Orchidland on Highway 130 near Pahoa. The vehicle, described as having a combat veteran license plate, was later reportedly seen near the Pahoa roundabout and pulling into a Subway parking lot.
