Woman passed out and possibly intoxicated at gas station

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews and law enforcement were dispatched code three to a gas station on North Elberta Avenue in Palisade for a reportedly intoxicated woman who was unconscious near a man. The call later referenced a possible seizure at the same location.
