Trespasser climbs through train at Palmer siding

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a possible trespasser who was seen climbing through a train at the Palmer siding area. Train crew members, including the conductor, apparently inspected the train after the report. The train appears to have been cleared and is expected to move through the area within about half an hour.
