Tree down on power lines causing arcing in Panama

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to the Panama and Van Buren area for a reported tree down on power lines near Weeks Road, where the lines were reportedly arcing. Utility crews from National Grid were advised and notified to respond.
