Driver slumped over wheel at Papillion intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was conducted for a driver reportedly slumped over the wheel of a white pickup near North Washington Street and Giles Road. The driver later woke up and drove away westbound. Units checked the area but the vehicle was gone on arrival.
