Reckless driver reported near Highway 370

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a white Kia driving recklessly westbound near 72nd Street and Highway 370, reportedly moving very slowly, weaving, and the driver appearing to use a cell phone. Units were asked to watch the area, but no report was taken.
