Tree falls on car, one person briefly trapped

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near East Washington and Main Street in Paris for a tree that had fallen onto a vehicle. Two occupants were inside; one had gotten out and the other remained in the vehicle but both apparently reported no injuries and declined transport to the hospital.
