Welfare check for man with heart issues at Avery St

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was requested for a man in his 40s to 50s with heart issues at an upstairs apartment near Avery Street. He was last seen early in the morning and has a history of threats by hanging earlier the same day. Attempts to contact him were unsuccessful.
