As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near 13th Street and Latrobe Street for a report of a white Ford Fusion, possibly a four-door, traveling toward 7th Street with a woman reportedly screaming for help to get out of the vehicle. The car was last seen turning left on Latrobe toward 7th Street.
