Reckless driving complaint near Piggly Wiggly

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were advised of a possible reckless driving complaint near the Gihon Village area by a grocery store. A caller reported an older dark-colored vehicle doing donuts before leaving, and it was believed the driver may live at nearby apartments by a fitness center. Units were directed to meet near Unity Plaza and Oakwood Village for a welfare-type check.
