We have started a patient on a 500 M.O. bag of normal saline. Blood pressure has risen now to this time. 73 over 48. Patient is alert oriented. She is presented as clammy and cool to the touch. Patient is still short of breath. We do have her on 2 liters per minute of oxygen bio-nails with nasal cannula just for that. Her revival time that I got here are blood pressure 73-48, heart rate of 65, respiratory rate of 15, glucose of 140. CO2 in title of 26. She is set at 96% on 2 liters per minute of oxygen with a GCS of 15. Oviatic facility in approximately 3 minutes. Do you require anything further? Nothing further. Room assignment on arrival.
