Commercial fire alarm caused by broken sprinkler

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a commercial fire alarm at a food processing facility on Watt Road. They investigated the large commercial building, found no active fire, and determined the issue was a broken sprinkler head. Units continued in a non-emergency mode to help shut off the system.
