Truck passengers filming traffic from open truck bed

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received multiple reports of a white pickup truck near the Pattersonville service area with two people riding in the bed, hanging over the edge and filming a vehicle behind them, which was reportedly slowing westbound traffic. The same truck had apparently been seen earlier traveling eastbound near Exit 26, and a sedan behind it may also be involved.
