Person found unconscious near Lodge Avenue in Paulsboro

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were dispatched for a possible unconscious person at a location on Lodge Avenue in Paulsboro. A medical unit later reported transporting the patient to St. Joe’s hospital.
